Our dance faculty will help select the class level, day and time to best suit your abilities and interest.

The new community center is scheduled to open in Jan 2011. There will be 3 studios available with sprung floors, mirrors and barres. We are very excited about moving to the new state of the art facility!

To save time at registration, please have your recreation membership card updated before the registration dates.

DANCE MUSICAL CAMP - Learn choreography form some of your favorite musicals like, Hairspray, Grease and High School Musical. This camps includes varieties of dance including jazz, lyrical and hip hop. Students will also spend time learning choreography skills and will work in teams creating their own choreography. Proper dance attire is required. Bring your lunch and water bottle each day. Performance will be held at the end of the week. Class size is limited.    June 14-18  9:00am-3:00pm at the SW complex 13120 Vonn Rd , Largo.   $110. w/resident card, $137.50 w/nonresident card

PRINCESS BALLET - Make your dreams of being a princess come true as you dance like some of our most famous princesses. Every girl is a princess at princess ballet! We will also have some make it and take it crafts to do. Leotard/tights and ballet shoes required.  July 6-9  9:30am-11:30am  at the Largo Community Center 65 4th St NW, Largo.   $55 w/resident card   $68.75 w/nonresident card

THINK YOU CAN DANCE CAMP - This camp will teach you the basics of different dance moves, choreography and stage presence. Proper dance attire required. We will end the week with a performance. August 2-6  9:00am - Noon   at largo Community Center 65 4th St NW, Largo.  $76 w/resident card   $95 w/nonresident card

SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE, Season 4 winner Joshua Allen held a workshop at our Tutterow Dancers studio in July 2009.

Joshua had so much to offer the students and it was a fantastic opportunity for them. The dancers had a great time in class!

Congratulations! The Tutterow Dancers were selected to performed in the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade in NYC . The dancers making the trip are: AnnMarie White, Carson Aho, Lauren Behn, Lindsey White, Maddie Sowada, Parker Morris & Tyler Weaver.
